Yes. The Builder Pilot plan is completely free during our pilot phase. You get 1 venture, WhatsApp and Web shop channels, sandbox payments, the full 6-agent fleet, and up to 50 customers. No credit card required.
During pilot, mobile money payments run in sandbox mode — real transactions are simulated. Production payment rails (live M-Pesa, bank transfers) require regulatory approval. We show this status clearly in the cockpit so you always know what's live vs. demo.
The Venture Operator plan is KES 2,400/month billed monthly, or KES 1,920/month billed annually (20% savings). Pricing scales with channels and lead volume — not per-seat. You can cancel anytime.
Yes, you can change your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No penalties, no lock-in.
Builder Pilot includes WhatsApp and Web shop. Venture Operator adds USSD and production mobile money. AfCEN Partner and Enterprise add multi-region channel management and custom integrations. All plans include the full 6-agent fleet.
